Sorry if this has been asked a dozen times before, but, a quick search didn't give me the results I was looking for.

Does anyone make a HID compatible housing for my 06 Grand Prix? My night vision sucks and I don't want to simply put HID's in the stock lights because I know it won't scatter the light properly and end up blinding other drivers as a result. I'd prefer something without halos or LED's all over the place. I really don't care how ugly the housing is as long as it works.

I did look on eBay, but, I have no idea how to tell which setups are quality and which ones are junk.

Are your stock housings all cloudy?

Run both your fogs and headlights at the same time, it can help.

Otherwise they don't make a quality projector style headlights for 04+ cars.

You can always make your own retro fitted headlights, just follow the write up on it. It does require time and some skills.

Unfortunately, my car does not have fog lights. My Sierra does have fogs, though, and I haven't noticed any better visibility with those.

My GP's heads are not cloudy/milky at all. However, when the lights are on I can see lots of fine scratches in the lens.

I wouldn't mind running some of the ugly eBay projectors if they're actually worth buying. I kinda have a love/hate relationship with my car. I love the fuel economy when compared to my truck, but, I hate the car itself. As such, I don't care so much about appearance mods as I do care about improvement mods.

The problem is, they aren't worth it.

From what it sounds like, you need to either put some brighter halogen bulbs in. Or you could also bite the bullet and go HIR or HID. You won't be disappointed with either.
