Pretty sure the answer is no... Why not look for an SE trunk lid that didn't come with a spoiler in the first place.

Why do you need to drill new holes? It should use the existing holes.

It will not cover the existing holes. You can go with the SLP version which sits a little higher on the trunk and uses the stock holes.

I have a special edition for sale if you're interested. And it will not cover the existing holes either.

    will not cover.

You can do what I did. When I went from a stock to a Daytona spoiler, I bought a deck lid w/o a spoiler from a junk yard. Then had the deck lid and SE spoiler painted silver. Then drilled and mounted

What I did was drill the holes for the new spoiler and bondo over the existing holes that show. Got painters tape and taped around the holes I bondo'd. And painted the bondo area and wet sanded with a 1000 grit sponge. I also painted the spoiler beforehand and once everything was done put the spoiler on. But if you never did any kind of bondo or paint work I would take it to a professional.
