    Hi i have some pictures from my weekend project. I also have a question about my calipers. What is that last piece called? Is it the mounting bracket or is it still part of the caliper? Should i paint it... i gots plenty of paint left.

    That wont overdo it. It will complete the job. If you leave it as is, it will look like you ran outta paint..lol

    if u dont want that much red then paint the bracket black.

    fyi it's a caliper bracket but yea paint it but I would paint it black

    you got the same rims I had, how do you like them?
    also how did you paint the breaks so nicely with that kit?

    Ohh i love them! Im worried ill get a flat tire and ruin a rim... lol.
    That kit is not that bad, but the brush is TRASH.
    Get a new brush and some 400 grit sandpaper.
    Its all about the prep work my dude. ohhh and thanks

    i dont see any pics of the calipers all i get is a pizza box and a jack with half a rotor

    Does removing the spare count as weight reduction?

    thats what u paint when u paint ur calipers.. the whole thing.
    it will look nice and sporty. it wont OD it.

    just unbolt the caliper brackets (2 bolts) and hang on a wire, and paint away.

    I just repainted mine for like third or fourth time in as many years as I've owned this car. Lets see how long it lasts this time. I sanded them real good this time so hopefully that helps.
