    ok guys i have a 04 gt and im going to be painting the brakes soon, what colors would you guys be painting them,

    My car is the dark red maroon color btw

    i was think either
    metalcast blue ( color contrast)
    metalcast red ( i like the color)
    or lime green.

    Im also open to other colors just give me an opnion either way

    i have the same color car i just painted them red. looks great

    Don't paint them your car is hopeless it's an ugly 04+ and an ugly color. Just playing I vote red.

    It's called 'sports red'. Don't use blue the shade of red is just to dark to pull that off. Either go red,black or silver in my opinion but it all come down to what you like.

    Lime green and maroon? I vote no

    Lime green..no. It would work if your car is black or green. Jus stick w/ basic colors...red,black,silver etc. blue calipers or green calipers on a red car screams look at me especially doesn't look good on stock rims

    I'd go black. that way people see your rims, not your undersized brakes. Painted brakes are cool when they are monsterous etc. Standard size though.. not impressive.
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    Paint them body color i did that on mine and i like how low key it looks.

    i was going to say gunmetal.. or a silverish.. i painted my SS calipers silver... it stands out pretty well... and i think that maroon and silver will mesh well
