Been thinking about it, But unsure how strong the motor really is. Ive given it a beating, Had 230K on it when i got it. Only paid 400 for the car so i dont think i did bad.
frientdly advice.....get a gt bumper, you'll love yourself for it lol. I did the same thing with my 97 GT. paid $350 for it, didnt run, no bumper, dents, no headlight. me and my dad turned her around.
I paid 400 for this one running a driving. Picked up headlights and tails for 25 bucks from a guy on Craigslist. Boss gave me a set of Yokohama Touring S tires. Gave me a AC Compressor, Power steering pump. I had got 2 Fenders and a GT bumper for 125 but the bumper had bad enough scrapes on the bottom half i decided not to fix it. I work for a Autobody Shop. I plan on getting one from LKQ (keystone). We get some Hellacious discounts on parts. Example Front bumper for a dodge neon, 60$ Bumper, Primed 65$ I can get a GT bumper new primed for around 135 through them, But those green pieces of paper dont stretch too far.
do what i did, keep the se bumper but cut the plastic grille slots out and fab a mesh grille, thats what i did kept it a sleeper, little did they know it was supercharged
only picture i currently have, this is without the black mesh grille i made
