Honestly, I wouldn't go through the trouble of the process of removing them/re-installing them properly. I removed my wheels, did a decent tape job, and got to spraying with some caliper paint I got from a local O'Reilys. It required minimal automotive knowledge, and was pretty 'darn' cheap. Here are my results:
The job was done almost 2 months ago, looks just as good as the day I did it.
(Even the ground looks clean in comparison to my tires. )
