Two screws take out the speedometer. Four torx screws take off the clear plastic lens. Pull the needles off and put new ones on. Either get two tach needles, one for the tach and one for the speedo. Or trim down the speedo.
You may have problems with the speedo needle not working. If so, go out on the highway, using either an Aeroforce or a gps, set the cruise at 60 and put the needle on. It'll work then. Don't push the needle bases all the way down, cuz they will get caught up.
Good luck![]()
