Yeah So i've been running my DDM's for about 6 months or so now, no issues...just pulled up and noticed on the garage door that only 1 was on...I fiddled with the wires alittle to see if there was a short, nothing....I'm just guessing the bulb is blown. I had no warning signs like flickering or flashing etc...just bam, OUT! ... I am running a wiring harness also sooo...suggestions anyone? is there an easy tell-tell way to see if the ballast is gone vs the bulb?

    thanks...

do you have the relay harness. the GP Wire harness is not the best to the HID's

Did you try turning them off and then on again?

Take the bulb that is working and connect it to the ballast that had the blown bulb nd vice versa. If the side that wasn't working starts working, then it's the bulb. If it still isn't working, then it's probably the ballast. Good luck! Let us know what happens

Yes, I stated above that I did have a wiring harness installed...relay/whatever, same thing...

ahhhhh...I was trying to avoid this because I'm lazy and don't fell like ****ing with it after the past 4 weeks, putting in 2 wheel bearings, doing an oil change, getting tire pressure back right, new waterpump and replacing the plastic coolant elbows...alittle sick of turning wrenches on it ATM...

Could use a 12V meter and see if the ballast has a closed circuit
