    tell me if i should plastidip the front and rear fascia black.
    heres some pics of both ends.
    i also have satin black fender stripes





    1997 GTP . repainted in jet black with blue pearl. rebuilt motor
    with vs cam ported heads and blower.

    ya but i was thinking of doing them satin black. they got painted black when i repainted my car. and i have the sating black fender stripes so i i was thinking that it would go together

    While my plasti-dip rims are still going strong, they are not as black-black as they were 5 moths ago. They are a really dark gray, like a dark charcoal. They are still obviously black, blacker than the tires, but not as black as they were when fresh.

    is there a big dirrence of color after it faded?

    They haven't exactly faded. It's rubber. You know how black brand new tries look? That's how it started out, now it looks like tires that have seen winter. *I* still like it's color, but I don't know if I'd do a bumper.

    i'm gonna say do it because u can peel it off. but also because i have a black car and was considering painting the fascia of an sd air dam flat black. curious to see how it would look

    Just get some flat black bumper paint. Thats what I used. Yours is probably clear coated, so you'll have to do some sanding first though.


    03 GTP...Its got pulleys and stuff.
