My current lenses have cracks in the seal and have condensation in them. I wanted to replace them with these Spyder Auto Projector Headlights. I am not familiar with how projectors work, or how good these ones are. I know a lot of you guys have these so I am just curious what you think of them. And are they just as bright if not brighter than the stock bulbs. I don't want to decrease my light output at all.

I love mine, I the only issue is that they bounce a lot. I wouldn't go back to stock ones.

Hmmm... Well sorta a mixed answer. I was just curious because a lot of new model vehicles are coming with them as some sorta of the lenses. Either one or both of the bulbs.

I have these now and I would not recommend them. They bounce like crazy, even after plenty of modifications to secure them. The housings are cheap and will probably break at some point, if they dont just break during the installation (like mine did) While I love the light output and how bright they are (I have 6000k HID in them) I am going back to an OEM style housing. The Halos can barely be seen, and the high beams are useless. Even the paint on the trim is now starting to come off, making it look cheap and tacky. They did look very sleek and cool, but I would not sacrifice functionality and quality for looks alone. My advice is spend your money on something else.

those cars are using quality parts, not using cheap plastic and then mass produced for the sole purpose of getting you to spend 100

I had them for about a year and I ended up going back to stock lights. The light output is decent on them. But the bouncing is very annoying. I did everything I could to eliminate it but it was always there. The look got old fast to me. I stil think the stock lights are the best looking lights for these cars. If I were to go projectors again I would retro a set.

hey're a bit expensive, but have all you will need, read their site and forums, then ask them direct, they're very helpful. I plan to retro fit this spring or summer a set of Bi-Xenon's from them.
