I just bought the "Inferno Air Dam" and now that I have it I wish I would have went with the "SE Appearance" package. The "SE Appearance" package IMO looks more complete and is cheaper and besides it doesn't need adhesives for it to stick. Has anyone been in this situation?

The bodyshop that did the work did a good job installing the Inferno Air Dam it's just that the SE bodykit looks more complete because you have the option of getting the rear to match the front. The Inferno has no rear extension. I think in the near future I would prefer the SE front and rear.

You can get it from here, with this part number 19120589:

    This might help too seabassnfg:

Personally I prefer the SE Lip too but you could always get the Inferno front with SE Rear, doesn't look too much different and it flows pretty decently.

Any pics of it? I'm curious to how it looks.

Any special instructions for installing the SE airdam on an 04? Would it require modification of the bumper cover?

caseycour, here's the only problem with it. There's two tabs on either side of the air dam that go into slits that are in the bumper for the "real" special edition Grand Prix's. All you have to do is cut those tabs off and your good to go, the rest basically fits into the tabs for the normal air dam and than there's bolts on the back that go where there's a bolt already in the wheel well. I hope this helps, I know there was a thread on it somewhere but it's pretty simple, when you've got the air dam in front of you you'll see what I'm talking about.

Not at all, but I do have small gaps underneath where the dam meets the bumper cover..not extremely noticeable, but annoying nonetheless
