Planning on getting a new hood and tail this winter. I like the F1 style and the bigger style tail. Anybody have any recommendations as far as carbon fiber or fiberglass? Is a certain vendor better to purchase from etc? Of if anybody is selling a mint condition used one please let me know.

Thanks in advance for your help

Grand Prix F.1 Style or SD Appearance Package - GPEXT - PFYC.com

^^ Would be the most popular place and if you opt for all 3 it will save you some money and you could just get all 3 pieces painted and then install and be rocking. Take into consideration tho that PYFC.com is Freight Collect so shipping is not calculated in the order and you gotta pay the mail man.

Otherwise there is a few other places you can go to... a quick google search for SD Hood would get you several locations... the same maker makes the SD and F1 hood so

i would stick with fiberglass unless youre going to leave it unpainted, which carbon fiber would be the k00 thing to do. i would paint both hoods, therefore i would get the cheaper fiberglass hood anyway.

the wing, get a slp gen1. it flows the best with that hood.

Fiberglass hood...the carbonfiber is nice, but doesnt work with our cars. And yes, the F1 hood is winmode.

And the Gen 1 spoiler its pretty damn big IMO, but does look nice.

I think the Gen 2 (small lip) looks better, but it wont match quite as well with the F1 hood.
