    mainly for the 97-03 guys, since i have a 98. but i want 2 see what kind you guys have, the black, the polished, and so on.


    also, please state if u have the ones w/ the rubber trim around them or not?


    and lastly...........


    help me decide which ones 2 go w/? black or polished?

    its going to be hard to keep polished ones clean. i just have aluminum ones that are corroded, but they still look good compared to the stockers (which ive contemplated getting a set since they are black).

    here is a picture of them:





    i now have black headlights and cornors and no lower grills cause i destroyed them when i took out a light pole.

    i run mine year round and never clean them. if you want them to look nice then clean em up and youll be fine with whatever color you choose.

    and stop stealin my color scheme. :P

    black as in black chrome or painted black? if it costs extra to get the painted ones just do it on your own.

    Mine are the regular aluminum ones painted gloss black, (link to photobucket in sig) sorry no pics of them on the car, the aluminum ones are on there bare though

    you attach the lowers with little metal clips and/or zip ties. my uppers are attached with small zip ties.

    i did the top, the bottom and the rear. i get lots of compliments considering my car has 116k on the clock.

    i tried to but i wanted to keep the fog lights, so technically i did, but i kinda did not because the solo doesnt have fog lights. but i love how i incorperated the leftover grill i had for the rear valance. i just cutout the pontiac word and put that in place... the only thing i do not like about the front is that its not strong. but the looks are all that matters and when i get my ws6 hood, and my black housed lights, woooh git-r-done!!!!
