Now that is an awesome idea. It would still have the contrast, but be dark enough to not look ricey. Especially if you could do like an antique bronze. I'd give more than $0.08 to see that.

Is that a rattlecan rim job? I think it would work on a different style of rim. The way it looks now is good.

Doesn't feel like the right "shade" of gold.. Maybe you need a darker gold, or something more vibrant, that's very.. blah, almost sandy in color.

I'm one that likes some contrast to the main color, but I think the gold wheels looks too ricey. If you did roof rails or badges in that color, OK. I saw a dr. pepper red GP the other day with the gold badges that looked real good. The gunmetal is a much better look. That's my $0.02 worth.

If you're looking to replicate the gold edition rims, than no, that isn't the correct color.
