My vote is for painting it.
one week later and I can spot chips in the paint

Only solution to me is to get new calipers and have them sand blasted then powder coated.
OK finally got around to taking pics of my calipers (don't like taking pics because neighbors will think im a weirdo taking pics of my car lol). They are a little muddy its been over 2 weeks since i painted them, And sorry im not sure how to resize them to make them fit properly.

Thanks guys!
Yeah im looking for something suitable... but i don't mind these for now they are rare.
I sold mine to a guy with a Buick so he could use them as his winters.
lookin' good on that color. WI rep!
What would happen if I were to paint mine without using a special kit?
Looks good. props. I used a silver paint in the same kid and its starting to flake. Ill repaint them when i change the pads/rotors.
you really only need hi heat paint, nothing special about that, just de grease them and lightly sand or use a scotch bright pad to prep them.
Good job
Mine need to be redone and I'm thinking of using a spray can product, something that mentions high heat tolerance and is red.
Zombie thread plus I believe Envy stepped his game up with Vette brakes IIRC
