first off...should i do this yes or no

    what im planning on doing:

there is a circle in the middle of my wheels that pops out...im just gonna call it a hub ring...

it is the same color as the wheels, i think it is metal, they are easy to pop in and out

it has a red unfilled chevy bowtie...im thinking about either striping that off of them, leaving them blank...or tapeing it out and making it black with black filling..

i would use painters tape and make it look good ect..

my main question is, will the duplicolor vinyl black paint i have work for that? as in...not chip, and stay on

It's called a centercap. Get rustolium's plastic paint for that.

Or you could go online and look for some centercaps that you like. Allot easier then finding out you don't know how to paint, removing it, and then looking for centercaps online.

EDIT: Just make sure and get the right size for your wheel.

you can use whatever paint you want, make sure its clean degreased and scuffed so the paint will stick. use lite coats, and be patient
