    I found what i will be doing my quad-projector setup with. there will be no need to do any mords to the housings because they are only 4.5 inches in length.

    These will not be good for a headlight retro. As Matt from TRS says, the output will be equal to that of a Blazer fog light. I wouldn't use these as a main lighting source.

    thing is why r they bi-xeon then.... i think if i throw 4 of these in it might produce enough light

    why even waste your time with something that might work when you have so many examples of projectors that will work?

    yeah, using a hole saw and some black silicon is pretty hard.

    BTW, if anyone wants more info on them, FutureVisionHID sells them too for a whopping $419. I'm sure TRS will not be selling them for that price. But there are output shots and more info on FutureVision's site.

    Get a $30 Dremel and cut the plastic behind the headlight housing. That's all that is necessary with the Mini's which are most likely exponentially better than those...
