    Ive searched for this on here and and had no luck. Does anyone have pics of a Carbon Fiber ram air on a 97-03 gp? interested in one but would like to see what they look like on the car first

    seriously: paint it. and if youre gonna paint it: might as well get fiberglass.

    exposed carbon fiber is super ricey.

    The only reason you should have a CF hood and the only way it should look... painted to match of course.

    In my book CF hoods go along the same lines as stick on hood scoops....
    1999 GTP...stock for now
    2007 Suburban...far from stock
    1991 GMC Dually...74k original miles. Work in progress. Far from done.
    1977 C-10 (my baby)...too many mods to list

    Take a look at my pics. I had the carbon fiber super duty hood.
    OverKilled, HAI, Ported Throttle body, Ported intake, ZZP DP, Magnaflow, BMR ta's, GMPP STB's, CCS springs, tinted tailights, roof rails, TEP cool'r, G8 hood. Glass Gearbox.

    Your not the only one. I give who's ever car it is props for having something original, but the hood just doesnt flow with the body lines of the car. Id say the only time you shouldn't paint your carbon fiber hood, is if you have carbon fiber fenders, bumpers, doors, roof, ect...

    you wont find a carbon fiber ws6 hood, they dont exsist. I looked for 3 years, before taking the plunge and started making ws6 hoods.
