saw on CL a local is selling his ws6 hood he bought online at andysbodykit.com....its the fibergalss and duraflex brand. grant it i prefer a F1 or an SD hood but finding one locally for $400 is very slim. i plan on picking it up and ratchet strapping it on my pop's gmc jimmy(hopefully it holds). anyways my question is for those who has or had one, i understand the vents are not really functional but goes straight through. is it possible to cut a hole on both ends of the vents to make it functional and have it go in and out of the engine bay? also how hard is the fitment issues especially the back corner angles? any sanding needed?

    TIA

no problem. honestly im gonna use hi-gloss rattle can dupli-color to paint the hood and 3-4 coats of clear. that'll be alot of rattle cans after im done with it. or should i just run straight primer?.....the spoiler is definitely getting painted to match my car though lol

    ugly hood - check.
    ugly spoiler - check.
spraypaint the fvck out of it - check.
look like a fool driving it - check.

being a ricer does not cost a fortune. for everything else, theres mastercard.

But in all seriousness, the WS6 hood is just plain ugly. I wouldn't run it if someone gave me one for free. Same with the spoiler you have. Are you at least running aftermarket wheels?

Where did the Trans Am go?

I'm in different on the spoiler, depends how the the rest of the car flows. Although the spray paint is probably gonna be the deal breaker.
