Wanting to attempt to make some retrofitted projectors since I got 2 extra sets of headlights. Anyone know where I could get some on the cheap? Preferably around a hundred bucks also if anyone wants them I might sell it the retrofit is too expensive

TL projectors are HUGE. You can't fit those in GP headlights, unless you plan on cutting the ENTIRE headlight apart. The TL projector is longer, and taller than an entire GP headlight. To give you an idea, here's a size comparison between a set of TLs (left) Infinity RX350 (center) and Mini D2S (right). The mini D2S is bigger than the mini H1 btw, which BARELY fits into the GP housing.

Mini H1s are your best bet and will fit nicely. You'll be VERY lucky to find everything you need to do a retrofit for $100. You can probably do it for $200 if it's all used. If you can do it for $100, it's gonna be some very poor quality stuff. Just spend the extra and do it right.
