Ok so i went ahead and bought a break caliper kit in red for my car and 4 jack stands, my question is on the can it says use in temperatures from 68-92 degrees, my only problem is that it is now cold by me around 24 degrees outside now at this time and I was wondering if i could still do them in the cold or would there be any defects on the quality of the paint afterwords or would the outcome look bad in anyway, or is there no real difference in doing the calipers in warmer weather or not?

Any advice would be amazing I am off from work and school tomorrow so I want to do it first thing tomorrow so any quick responses or input would be excellent and extremely helpful, Thanks a bunch.

Paint quality would be junk and the can wouldn't let the paint out very well in this temperature.. find a heated garage? Thats how i paint in the winter..

I wouldn't waste my time doing this without a heated garage. The adhesion that paint has to stick to the metal and to stick to the coats of paint will decrease tremendously

uhh this sucks, gotta wait 3 months now or so and it just started to get really cold like this in the past week and a half, i am disappointed at the moment it is 32 degrees out id like to just do them but i don't want them to chip ect. down the line since i didnt wait and do them right.

well they will chip a little bit overtime cause I painted my calipers this summer and I got a few little chips but not noticeable until u get super close to it. One thing to think about though is if you got the spray paint caliper or the actual paint on caliper paint (with a brush). It would be understandable if you didn't drive it for one day to take the calipers off and paint them inside your house/apartment

yeah like what csssaint12 said if you really cant wait till it warms up to get them done, and you cant find a heated garage you will have to pull the calipers off and do them inside where its warm. that way the paint can cure properly. i recommend taking the calipers off anyways.
