if you have your DRLs disabled its easy. just turn on your running lights and then click on the foglights. if you have a 97/98 you can just pull a fuse in your glove box. if a 99+ its a little more difficult.

if you dont have them disabled, you can find a slight click in between the headlights being on and the running lights. its kind of tricky to find, but it works just as well.

As Bio stated, turn on parking lights and foglights. How I've run since I goth license in the early 90s. LOL. I believe it's at least 2000+ for the more involved and disconnecting stuff. My 99 GTP is pull the DRL fuse only. I believe the newer years will have one headlight out, etc. If you just pull the fuse. I could be wrong though.

You can also re-route your DRL circuit to the fog lamps, or just do a re-wire to have them work any time you feel, driven by the RAP circuit so you won't kill the battery if you accidentally leave them on.

i have the DRL disconnected in my '02 and all you have to do i pull the panel off of the drivers' side of the dash (the side that faces the door) you will see a connector, one end brown one end blue.. just disconnect it. All of your other lights will still work

Where does the DRL signal wire terminate under the hood? I would like to pull it from the headlights and route it to foglight halos, but would prefer to get the wire from as close to the foglights as possible.

The EASIEST place to grab the DRL wiring is at the DRL diode under the dashboard.

I do not see how that is the easiest...it is the farthest from where I need to be. It has to tie into the headlights somewhere.

Like I said on CGP, I believe it ties into the main harness at the firewall bulkhead connector.

It melds with the headlamp wiring at the bulkhead connector for the main wiring harness.
