i have the after market grills for the upper and lower grills. but they have become dull and not so nice. is there anyway that i can polish them (perferrably without removing them) i would appreciate it thanks!

elbow grease and a metal polish. however, youre probably gonna have to take them off the car.

What metal are they made of? Do they have a clear coat?

Depending on the metal you might be able to spray on some wheel cleaner, and then just rinse it off.
