I have an 05 gtp and on the front there is this black frame for the lisence plate to go on and i cant figure out how to get it off. it has these little weird rivets holding it on. any ideas??

slowly and VERY carefully drill out the tops of the rivets.

if i were to do that how do i fix the holes that will be in my bumper?
