    If I pull back the carpeting in my trunk u can see that the wheel well is rusting bad and my strut is pushing up through my trunk. I need to find that body part where can I get that. It's inside my trunk and i don't want my struts ripping through the rust and into my trunk. I have no idea where I can get this body part? Thx for reading

    Down in cleveland there is a building where they scrap w bodys. i went there and told them i needed the rear strut mounts so they cut out those pieces of a rust free grand prix and i had a body shop weld them in

    i use 1/4in thick plate when i repair the towers at work

    body pieces were 100 a piece. fyi you have to pick them up yourself so get a truck. here you go guys Morad Parts Company - 3800 Motors, Transaxles, & Stock Parts hope that helps. you should be able to find anything there.

    That's exactly why I just sold my 2000 GT, although it was more worth it to me to get rid of it than fix haha. Glad you got it solved though!

    No rear alignment issues. labor was a 1000 total.
