well I'm not to concerned about how they look on the car. I wanted to know more about how the light output was. I have seen some LEDs that can barely be seen during the day.

ill say this again: LEDs have a lower light output in comparison to incandescent at the same wattage. it is a 100% fact.

    I have them.
Dont listen to anyone that doesnt have em about output.
    They are NICEEEEE.
they look classy and they are much brighter than stock.
the reverse light is a nice BRIGHT white as well.

I recommend them. they fit awesome too.

just silicone them first. there is a small gap all the way around. just use like a window and door or a hottub silicone and ur good. i have had no moisture.
My buddy has the clear ones, didnt silicone and he hasnt had problems yet, but i wanted to be on the safe side.

Nicest tails out there for our cars in my opinion. the clear or smoke ones might look better depending on the colour car you have. im glad i went with the red ones, cause they look clean and more stock but they aint:P

    Buy them.

^^^They look good. But they also look wierd without those black plastic lines inside the lens. I'd tint them then take the lens off and put the black plastic lines in for a more stock look.

And they have transparent lenses. Stock tails have kind of foggy lenses to begin with.

I did not have to silicone mine at all. Same thing for my brothers. I forgot to mention that there are some small fitment issues. Mine went in just fine. My brothers needed to have one of the stock holes opened up a little to fit just right.

I have them & L O V E them. Mine are "smoked" according to the company, but they're pretty clear compared to the actual online pictures that they have. Very bright & a lot cleaner looking on our cars than the stock tails, imo. Must-have.

at what distance? LEDs aren't made to light up large distances. why do you think there are no LED headlights?

i posted pics above. but yeah they are much brighter than stock,
not to mention GPs had problems with the tails being too dark as it is because of the dark look/lines across the lens so.

either way LEDs = brighter than average bulb and nicer looking lol.
why do you think were replacing them inside our cars, for licence plates,
AROUND the HID headlights (Audi's) etc.

Either way yeah id buy another set if mine went dead or something in like a couple years. there clean looking. they make the GP look alot more high class and newer looking with projectors and led tails like bmw's and audi's and stuff.
    Its the style now.
Even the new caravans have LED tails lol.
