Hey everyone, I need advice on mods I am doing to my whip. I got 2002 GTP coupe. I wanna know what kind of exhaust to slap on. I want my ride to be heard, close to abnoxious loud. I wanna know which exhaust i can get the most bang for my buck. Please post what works for u and what i should look out for. Money is not a huge issue for me, I forgot to mention its dual exhaust.

my vote is for a dynomax cat back with a 3" ZZP downpipe. That should have ya set up nicely. Also, if you add a cold air intake, that'll make your exhaust deeper/louder. Glasspacks are always a good choice if you wanna be loud, and they're cheap. :P

With the cold air intake, would i have to get a throttle body spacer too?

Why? TB spacers are only good for something like NO2 injection.

If you want loud just go straight pipe, and just in case if you don't know these cars sound like complete ass on a loud exhaust.

You wouldn't need a throttle body spacer. Throttle body spacers are intended partially to help keep the working temp of your TB lower in order to reduce KR. Not all of these cars sound like ass. Exhaust just has to be done very carefully, but cams help a lot :P

Everyone has opinions on what sounds good and such, I'm pretty happy with just my stock exhaust with a catless DP. Just enough to be noticed.

TB spacers really don't do much on a fuel injected car, better suited on a carb'd car.
