I noticed a big improvement with the HV3, it really woke up the car. It's worth the money. If you plan on staying NA I definitely recommend it. And I have just about 134,000 on it. Don't worry about the questions, feel free to ask as many as you want.

Mine is a 2002, the 97 color is dark teal metallic.
