    the blue hose is the hot pipe, turbo to intercooler.

    its faster than a GT for sure, and i got it on 16th ave. the day they got it.

    yeah, it's faster than a prix. a friend of mine had one, i think they're nice little cars. you really forget you're in a protege. we took it out once, the turbo kicked in, and we were at 130 in no time, fifth gear even. from what i've read, mazda really held if back from the factory. like, a cat-back and a boost controller to turn up the boost will have it in 13's, no other mods. i'll try to find it. i like it.
    just one question, is it a 4 or 6 cylinder? lol i could have sworn 4, but a friend of mine said 6 and i can't remember

    Mazda Protege's are 4 cylinders, I know that the top models were 2.0 and the 2.0 turbo. These are great cars, my dads ES 2.0 is pretty fast for that small of a car.

    yeah its a 2.0 inline 4 cyl, its a ford 2.0 z-tech motor.
