Inlay's in the bumper's, tint, tinted tails. As far as mods go i'd stick with an intake, downpipe and maybe canned tune from overkill, intense, etc...
    2000 2dr. black GTP|Headers|3.1"|xp'ed|ported s/c|HPT & aem wb|3.29's built trans|19° timing|0°KR

With gold you have basically two choices on accents, black or red. I went with black. Tint the tails, get black projectors or smoked headlights, tinted windows, black calipers, rims, lower it, badge overlays and inlays, grills etc.

Here is my attempt to make my car look cool, and i think it worked.

Gold Digger - still broke, lawn ornament
05 M6 PBM GTO - Corsa exhaust, aem intake, bmr drag bags. More whenever I haz monies

im not really sure what most of that is but im assuming
inlays on bumpers - a decal that fits into the "Pontiac" on the rear bumer? i dont see anything on the front
window tint - i looked up my legal limits, how much does this usually cost?
tinted tails- tinted tail lights? how much darker am i aloud to make them?

any recommended actual parts or links, for those specific parts? and im completely lost on the canned tune thing lol

edit - second poster, your car is basically exatly what i had in mind but what are black projectors? and are tinted headlights aloud?

Inlays and overlays can be found here

Grand Prix : House of Grafx, Your One Stop Vinyl Shop

or look up reflective concepts on google

Window tint laws vary from state to state, just have to look it up.

Tinted tails can go as dark as you want, you may get pulled over, may not, it's really not illegal the lights shine through the tint.

Projectors you have two options, Spyder auto
Spyder Auto :: Lighting :: Projector Headlights :: Pontiac :: Pontiac Grand Prix 97-03 1PC CCFL Projector Headlights - Black

    and DashZ

97-03 Pontiac Grand Prix Halo LED Projector Headlights - Black

    Just some examples.
Gold Digger - still broke, lawn ornament

im never afan of tan interiors. nothing you can do about that now lol..

careful with tinted tails as its not street legal its all dependent on how dark/how much of a dick the cop's are..

headlights are a good idea -do what YOU want to do, not what everyone else says to do.

bio's 100% correct - lose those wheel..ANYTHING will be better than those

You should check out Ridin On Chrome's car! Gorgeous car one of the few gold GP's that I have really wished I had. He knows his wheels/info from what I have gathered from watching clubgp.

^^x2, you can start a thread for that.
and you might want to be a little more descriptive. like, the headlights start flickering or the interior lights/radio?
99 GT - top swapped, S2X cam. - sadly, sold
    96 Firebird Formula - T-tops and exhaust leak. 14.26 @ 97.8 - sold
2008 Chevrolet Cobalt SS - stock, in all of it's turbocharged awesomeness

I agree. I picked up some 5 spokes recently to replace my snowflakes. Should look nice when they are cleaned up.

Could've been replace before he got them.

Also, my 2 cents: Interior. Tan is ugly, but without doing a complete swap, it's a bit of a toughy to fix. If you can find a stock dash bezel and center console bezel from a car with graphite interior, it'll match your steering wheel and DIC better, and it'll darken up the interior a bit, making it a bit nicer. If you had the money, swapping the seats and door inserts would help darken it up better too.

Honestly isn't this combination of interior and color pretty rare?

I've never seen this color combination before. I think it's pretty nice. I have the tan interior too, but some parts are black also. It's a nice balance.

Wheels, inlays, "black" headlights, not tinted but not amber either.

and last but not least.... Speed daddy headers, 3.4" pulley, DHP tune, intake, some colder plugs and you'd be golden.
