I tinted my back two windows of the coupe yesterday. Looks pretty good with 5% on them. I'm not brave enough for the back window, plus i only wanted the side done. Once i order my power window regulator, i'm gonna just go ahead and pay someone to at least do the back.

Anyone else got their windows tinted? Pics? and any DIY tint jobs out there?

show pics of your car. most DIY tint jobs i have seen suck a lot.

i had mine professionally tinted 15% all around and it looked fantastic.

also, you cant buy the good tint that shops use. tint will only last if its a high metallic brand like llumar.

well i've learned alot with the DIY window tint. one of the main things is to NOT use windex. only wipe it with the soapy water or tint safe glass cleaner such as Invisible Glass.

I''ll have pics of mine tommorrow. I did muff it up in one spot on the pass side at the bottom, and a small spot on the drivers side, but it still looks good. it does show the dots around the edges and such, but its only a temp job till i get my pass window motor. I got the tint for 6 bucks off my buddy cause he decided not to do his truck.

ive got 5% on all my back windows, 25% on the front windows, and a 6 inch brow. all proffesionally done. it looks really good, dont do it yourself unless you actually know wtf your doing, every DIY tint has bubbles and is peeling in the corners. dont be cheap.

Well its only DIY until i get the window regulator in. I've got wheel bearings going on this week, then the window regulator the next.

Then i'm onto the tint shop

MrPhotographer broke his camera doing a motox video for a friend.

but i'm getting a new one for graduation in may, and my little brother just got a new one..

you can see where some dirt got on it from where i had to stick it to the outside window for a second..

lil brother took this one.. you can see where the tint got cut, and i fixed it, all you see is the triangle outline not bad for a diy.

yea i like the bonneville rims that seem to be a new trend. they are stock, but not on a GP so it looks aftermarket
