    Hey I am new here this is my first post! I have just received my HID conversion kit and before i install them I was looking around and wasn't sure of the best spot to put the ballasts. So what do you guys think? also some pics would be greatly appreciated. oh and i have just the regular ballasts not the slim ones.

    welcome the the forums. i put mine on my PCM since i took my factory airbox out, and the other on my battery
    '04 Chevy Silverado LT 4x4 - intake, headers, full exhaust, zo6 cam, 799 heads, tune, leveled, 33's
    '00 Grand Prix GTP DAYTONA 500 - L36 block, S1X, intercooled, GenV, N*, headers, full exhaust, coilovers, 5 speed swap, stage 3+ clutch

    I took the airbox out too. but what did you use to attach them? you sure attaching it to the pcm would be a good idea? lol

    Use the provided brackets, I just hung my below the bumper bracket.

    i have had no problems, i used 3M tape so it looks like they are unattached but they wont move
