I've got DRLs on my GP. I've got no problem with that. However, I do have a problem with the fact that I can't have just my parking lights on at night. I want to dim my lights when I enter my job so I don't blind the guards, but when I've tried moving the manual light switch to "parking" lights, the headlights stay on. Is this a bad fuse, or just something I'll have to deal with?

that's your auto-headlights in action. BackinBlack has a fix on his website, i think... essentially i do believe you need to replace the light sensor up in the front of the dash with a resistor to keep the auto headlights from coming on.

It's weird, as I can turn off the headlights on my Impala, and just go Parking lights only. But I tried moving the light switch between the parking lights setting and headlights setting, and the headlights went out. That'll work; I only need it for 10 secs in the morning. I actually LIKE the auto headlights, so I don't want to turn them off.

cant pull the fuse on anything 99+. it will make the lights flash like crazy instead of being on/off.

No that's 01+ that that will happen to. 97-2000 you can pull the fuse from the fuse panel in the glove box and it will disable the DRL's and automatic headlights.
