    Can you take the insert out? i think thats what it might be called. the insert that is usually grey.. i wanted to pull it off and paint it black.. and i wanted to know if you could and if you can how. thanks!

    no. it's just one big piece.

    I replaced my rear bumper like a month ago. So that's my source lol

    If you wanted to do the inlays while you're at it... 1997 - 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix Inserts:eBay Motors (item 120430716003 end time Oct-03-09 12:16:06 PDT)
    Might be something to look at if you were interested. I just bought some and I'm going to paint them and put them in.
