You have to replace the entire hinge. If you are repairing "sag" then you can just use fender shims, though.

probably easiest to get a set of hinges off a car in the junkyard.

thanks guys....gonna buy new though as im not dealing with this again...already did passenger side a year ago and would rather buy some new ones and be done with it for another ten years...its not sag either as the whole door moves up and down
