So long story short I got strep throat and had a few days off of work to do this project. It took around 7 hours all togeather. I used krylon fusion Hammered Silver & Krylon triple clear glaze clear coat. As a bunch of you guys know there were lots of frustrating parts in this but it turned out pretty well. Anyway here are the pics, and a thanks to Patrick over at GPONA for help.

    Painting:

    Final:

Let me know your thoughts. And sorry for iPhone pics.

Looks good. You should consider painting the center console piece the same colr as the dash like the special editions and daytona's have.

I prepped it by cleaning it with a degreaser, then I wet sanded with 400 grit, then 600 grit

    Looks pretty darn awesome!!

You basically just pull around the edges and the center will pop right out! I opened the cupholder and started pulling from that end.
I have an extra center console that is out, I will take a picture that shows where the 6 clips are.

open the cupholder first, otherwise you will be fighting for nothing.
