Had some spare time so thought i go ahead and install the Held/ HTS Motorsports coilovers. 350 lbs spring in the front, 300 lbs springs in the rear...built on ky struts

Very easy, only 10 bolts in the front and 14 bolts in the rear and you are all done.

Have the stance where i can live with it. Im going to wait a week or two and see how it settles in.

Then adjust. I have plenty of room to go lower but the prix is not a vdub.

Let me know what you think.

I guess i can take better pictures later.

You'll have to let us know how those work out for you in ride comfort, any vibrations and so forth. Can you tell us what it cost you to get all that?

cost for a set is around 1000

also you can buy them individuals the front for 550 or the rear for 550. ish i think

haha as for lowering it... yes i will be going lower but i have no rubbing issues at all with stock wheels. I probably could tuck the front more.

but i need to finish my wheel project so i can get my 18s back on there. I need to check rubbing issues with a 8" wide wheel first.

i want a set of these, but i dont know that i need them. the roads in milwaukee suck complete anus, so even with my eibachs it bites as far as ride quality.

Bad ass dude. Both the lowering, as well as the wheels you picked. Those will look sharp on there for sure.

I was strongly considering going coil over, but after reading, and learning how much of a bad thing happens when you lower too much on these cars (suspension as well as CV shafts binding) I decided to lower, but not that extreme.

I went with the GMPP strut and spring combo, and got them about $100.00 cheaper from the local dealer special ordered than from ZZP when they were "on sale" through them. I got the cost price list on what all the GMPP parts actually cost dealerships. Ya...can we say mark up much?

Happy with my purchase though, and I am sure you will too.

How do you like the 350's in the front? I have them on my coilovers and I think they are too soft... I want to find some 450 or stiffer progressive rates for the front. I am 1.5" lower in the front right now with 18" wheels, I still have to roll the fenders and then I will try to go even lower...
