Ok I got a completely stock 01 SE. I wanna turn it into a GT... So I'm figuring the back bumper is all I need as far as visual mods. Other than that, should I get a dual Magnaflow exhaust? DBoy23 is tryna help me find a GT at the J/Y's like Parts Galore. Anybody selling one in SilverMist?

number one thing to do first would be a 3800 into it if you want to make it a GT. dont disgrace the GT name with a 3100

I am not sure what year the SE's came with the same front bumpers as the GT/GTP but you will need the rear bumper, front bumper and side skirts.

I actually forgot to mention bro, your gonna need the front too, look at The Guz's GP, that's how the GT front looks I think you got the smaller more round one. Plus like he said the side skirts and possibly the wing.

Yeah I see what you talking about. I understand the skirts and the rear. But it seems like our front bumpers are the same besides the bottom is different than the color of the body. Mines might just be a little smaller though. And with my steep driveway.. whew... I gotta go extra slow each time because the bottom can easily hit it.

It is the same as the '97-'03 GT/GTP front ends and side skirts...all you need is the rear bumper. In 2001...they changed it all minus your rear bumper not having the valance and dual exhaust and painted the front bumper all one color...any year SE '97-'00 had the catfish front end...http://static.howstuffworks.com/gif/...9991990005.jpg

Yeah I dont got that funny looking front end like the 99-'s. But I do have the lower valance which I'm thinking about painting red one I get the whole car repainted. Matter of fact, you think Maaco is any good? Anywho, what kinda exhaust... Magnaflow's or Borla?

Good idea... I'm just doing visuals, until I can rack up for an engine upgrade in the summer..
