I am possibly looking into taking on a project at some point now that the car seems to be mechanically sound. I need to get my front bumper and rear spoiler repainted as they have gotten faded looking over these past few years and its driving me crazy. I can put a couple coats of wax on, but it only helps temporarily. The GPO grilles are in rough shape with stress cracks in the paint and flaking. I'm sure a lot of us have been through this to some degree or other by now. The rest of the car looks surprisingly good when its clean especially for its age.

What I am looking for is some opinions. Should I keep the GPO grilles in gray to match the lower air dam or should I have them repainted in black to match the bumper? Don't mind my attempt at photoshopping

Thank you for your response The Guz. The black does make the front end look a little beefier yet cleaner at the same time. It is busy up there lol
