I am building my turbo but just wanted a few others opinions on what lifters and length of pushrods I should get.
I am going with a st5 cam and 150# springs if that matters. I planned on going with the OER lifters but if the ls7 has a better combination with pushrods I would rayher go with that. Just looking at your opinions on what I should run.

OER lifters only good if got adjustable rockers...

    LS7/Stock lifters are just fine.

Pushrod wise, I always recommend to measure and get custom set cut to get perfect lengths for your setup.

I got a pushrod measuring tool. After having heads cleaned up and cometic MLS gaskets, I needed a slightly shorter pushrod than stock to get the proper preload on ls7 lifters. Definitely would suggest measuring for OE-R lifters since they use only a small amount of preload, so you will probably need shorter ones. ls7 you would probably be ok with stock length if you chose not to measure.
