Well I kinda still have a CT kit. I have the xover, upper DP and lower DP still.

So to help me with the new Chris Hinson heads I wanted to upgrade my exhaust somehow to also help let the engine breath.

I ordered a ZZP rear plog. With that I have to relocate the WG. Only spot was on the xover by the turbo. Going to use a flexible dump pipe since the one I had made up won't fit. Dump pipe needs/should to me made with xover and WG flange on the car.

I just need to wrap the radiator hose since it's close to WG.

Wow, that looks interesting. Never seen one mounted so far forward or near the rad hose. I'm sure you'll keep an eye on it the first few outings just in case!! The joy of modding, things always happen when you think you've thought of it all! Good work!

I had wrapped my front powerlog when I first got it, but it cracked within a month... Now I'm pretty skeptical about wrapping exhaust in general. You had any issues?

    Thx. Never done modding. Lol

I have my front and rear plog ceramic coated but actually coated. Not with a spray can. Those aren't wrapped. I have the xover and upper DP wrapped. Those are spray ceramic coated. Never an issue.

i relocated my gate as well but i put it where the EGR was like most of the other kits out there. looks interesting. are you going to have any issues with the unmetered exhaust from the dump tube?

No exhaust flow measuring is needed for dump pipe?

My sensors measure air fuel ratios in the exhaust.. not flow.

i guess the correct way to ask the question would be. is the open dump pipe going to affect the reading on the wideband? i dont know i have never dealt with one.

as the exhaust going out the dump.. and going into the turbo.. is all the same air/fuel exhaust mixture. once exhaust out of the heads.. the mixture should pretty much be the same through out the exhaust gasses

yeah i guess it wont matter even for the narrowbands either since the gate should really only be open when they arent doing anything anyway....carry on.

Did you use an adapter to move the wastegate, and if so which one.

I was looking at this but I don't think there is enough space
