    What do you guys think about the holset hx50 to big for a 500whp build?

    What other mods do you plan on using to get to 500whp. That is a hard number than most think to achieve?

    Nstar lq4, L26 uim and lim, L67 ported heads, 130# springs, oer, lifters, st5 cam, double roller, fully built trans,60# injectors, etc.

    What in ur trans ? And what fuel are u gunna be using ? 60s wont be enough for 500whp on e85

    I trapped 135 (probably like 127 in wbody terms) in my fiero on 60s and e85.

    My trans is built to handle 800-1000 hp and I am going to 95# injectors so now its time to figure out a turbo that lines up without modifying anything else since I already have a holset hx35

    all hardened parts 7/8 chain upgraded clutches shafts valve body etc

    Unless your car is weighing around 2k lbs, the 7/8ths chain is gonna stretch north of 400whp...

    It should last me til next year I just had the trans built and originally was only going to be about a 450whp but am going bigger

    7/8 isnt rated to 500whp , itll last some time depending on how u drive , but it will need to be replaced every so often
