I'm curious, can a boost controller go "bad"? I ask because when I attempted to increase my boost I adjusted my boost controller (BC) a quarter of the way and it raised my boost about 2#s. I wanted to hit 10#s so I adjusted further, nothing, further, still nothing, further, nothing, all the way, still nothing. I adjusted in 25% increments and only noticed the first time it raised the boost at approximately 2#s. It is the BC that came with the Statama kit from ZZP. It was a used kit so I wonder, can I check the BC or can it be that my turbo is/can only make 7'ish #s? The car is not smoking as a usual blown turbo would. Also, I was told that the wastegate spring was a 9# spring but I have never once seen 9#s. I figured I just got bad information and the spring was actually a 5# spring, but now that I turned up the BC I'm curious as the PSI has not significantly increased. Thoughts, ideas, checks?

    Thanks,
    Slim

What is your current boost level?
Is the BC hooked up properly?
If you run wastegate pressure do you actually hit full spool?
Check for boost leaks in the piping, good ol' soapy water trick works great

Yep, you were right. It was a screw up on my side. Next question, can it be mounted horizontally?

Yep, you can mount the boost controller in any direction you'd like.

I have turned it half way so far and have not noticed a "significant" change. Any ideas? I is hooked up inline from my turbo outlet (nipple) to the bottom port of the Tial WG inlet. Hummm?

When I had I 5# spring I could only run 10# with the BC all the open and it took a few turns just to make a 2# increase. With it all the open how much do you hit?

Before BC and all the way open, I make right about 5. I will try it again but turned up I guess.
