I currently have a PT6776, and I am upgrading to a borg warner "7583". Just saying that you are going to want to allow for as much exhaust flow as possible, as we dont have small displacement motors with high efficency heads. We make alot of EGT and exhaust volume for how much power we make.

Ok I'm understanding ya. N holy crap dude that Borg Warner is huge....making me feel bad lol. Outta curiousity what kinda numbers you hitting? And where you spooling that 6776 up around? (rpm) im just asking for personal.. I dnt wanna go to big on the turbo ya know n spool Hella late is my ONLY concern, but i guess that much power + e85 SHOULD be able to spool a bigger turbo easier than I'm pry thinking....

I suck at tuning e85 for spool.. I lost a bunch when I switched from c16... At the beams I can hardly make 2psi right now, but I expect I will get that back up to 6 or 7. As far as on the street, I just peg the antilag button and it makes 28psi on a little bit of brakes.
wbody brakes are MUCH MUCH better for spooling at the line, I can hardly hold 2200rpms on a 3k converter, while the same trans in the gtp would break 3200 at the line.

I have f-body brakes right now on it with a 3200 stall so I'm hoping that'll be good lol.. Are you running a T3 or T4 flange? The 6766 has a T3 flange with a .81AR but the compressor wheel is still kinda smallish... Idk I'll have to do some looking around a lil more I guess..
If anyone is interested tho I have a s259 turbo, zzp downpipe, and intercooler setup for it all up for sale lol

In running a precision 6466 billet , dual ball bearing , i made 346/381 on 10psi , if i had a fuel system that would keep up with e85 over 550whp i dont think i would have a problem making 600+ with the 6466
