Hey Guys, Im am running into a slight issue. I have done an entire turbo install using a gutted S/C for the intake manifold. Well Everything is bolted in and looking good, but the throttle linkage is hitting the lower vacume line fitting on the Tial waste gate at about 1/3 of the rotation. Does anyone know if a throttle body spacer is needed to push the throttle body out to clear the wastegate? That seems to be my only option at this point, unless there a way to spin the head of the waste gate??. I dont want to go buy a spacer and that not be the issue and it throws all my I/C piping off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah it helps to know what kit you are using.

Also you typically want to leave everything loose to be able to adjust for things like this, then tighten back up once everything is clearing.

When I first installed my wastegate, the lower vac connection was hitting the s/c housing, so I notched the housing (see pic). Then someone told me that the waste gate can be turned anyway you want. Doh.
