So I have a 2007 gp with a Z3 turbo kit and I have a boost controller. I'm only able to get 5 pounds of boost, even if I turn up the manual boost controller. I have checked for vacuum leaks and didn't find any. Could it be the bov or wastegate? Oh and it's a tial wastegate and Stattama bov

Picture of how your lines are routed?

Are you running an atmospheric dump?

Ya it's an atmospheric dump. I have a tee where the map sensor was and off the tee it runs to my bov and the other side of the tee to the lower port on my wg. On the hose that runs to the wg I put a tee in and ran it to the boost controller and then off the boost controller to the upper port on the wg.

Sorry for the crappy phone pictures it's all I have right now

its setup legit. Take the boost controller off and see how well you can blow through it. The more pressure you put on top of the waste gate the more boost you make.

So I was finally able to get the boost controller to work and got it up to 10 pounds. I drive the car for half a day came home washed the car and went to go drive it and now I'm only getting 3 pounds of boost. The bov doesn't sound the same as before so I'm thinking it has to either be the bov or wastegate leaking or possible exhaust leak. I'm still starting to spool boost at the same rpm but it just won't go above 3 pounds.
