Does anyone have any numbers saying which one is better? Has anyone ran either one and then switched to the other one and noticed a gain or lose?

Friend of mine is using the L26 UIM and a PnP L26 LIM to match his heads. The car is awesome, now I can't really comment on the pros vs. con of the Blocked off M90 Vs. an L26. But I can only assume it's better, I'm lookign at my ported L36 LIM right now and think about it.

The Boost is filling the UIM and getting sucked into the cylinders like an N/A application, whereas the block off plate the boost is hitting the plate and be forced down, it must create way more turbulence in the intake.

I think more people don't swap over because the injector bosses are in the L36/L26 LIM, but all you need to do is drill and tap them for a 3/8th pipe fitting and put one in there. All of 30 mins work.

There are pros and cons to both, but overall on the street, the L26 would be better. A large, open plenum is good for an all-out drag car, the L26 helps spool and mid-range power...take your pick.

I concur. I put an L26 UIM on an L36 LIM on an L32 block and the fitment is all good.
