There are a couple of them on here, one of them I know of is TurboKent who is a local member. Im sure if you PM him he might be able to answer a few questions for you.

Look at the Z7 Kit from ZZPerformance. It's the best out there right now. If you want more power, go with the stattama kit from the same site.
As far as turbocharging, there are quite a few that have gone turbo, they are on other boards though.

I'm turbocharged and run a stock bottom end L67.
I just upgraded from L2A to A2A IC system.
