Since my car is no longer a daily...I have been considering to de-mod my m90 setup, ditch the L36 and go turbo/L67 instead. My trans was built by Dave and was installed this past December. The trans has the following upgrades...

    -Intense input shaft
    -Ls4 style chain sets
    -HD diff
    -stock gtp torque converter

I was really eying up the z7 kit from zzp and wanted to run my 1.9 yella terra rocker arms with it, even possibly spray meth/alky.

On another note, what kind of manifolds are you guys using? stock?

You at least need a rear turbo manifold and cross over. Your trans should be able to hold up pretty well.

If all you have is trans mods you listed I doubt you'll have it functioning for long. The LS4 cars eat transmissions like candy and I don't see anything beyond parts that come on the LS4 tranny in that list. Remember this is at 300hp and 323tq.

You can easily push past that with a turbo setup. Instead of a L67 you may consider an L32 as well, IIRC you will be starting with stronger internals.

    Good luck!

I'm using the powerlogs front and rear if its not a daily I think that would be okay for awhile. You should hit up Dave see what he thinks.

your trans should be ok for a while.

many keep their m90 housing and remove the internals.

if you want a better flowing setup, you could go with an L36 LIM with injector holes plugged and L36 UIM.
