How difficult would it be to convert one of ZZP's turbo kits into a twin turbo setup?

Well I'm looking at attempting a TT IC setup. Would there be an easier way than converting an existing kit? Or were you asking why in the world would I want two turbos?

you will never push enough power to need a twin turbo setup...

So you're saying that I wouldn't benefit from a second turbo then?

not unless youre planning on running one ridiculously oversized turbo and you need another one to spool it. in that case you wouldnt be able to keep the motor together anyhow.

your car is stock, once you put a single turbo setup on it im sure itll be more than enough power for you. these cars have traction problems stock and you think pushing 400+ fwhp is going to help that?

I was actually talking about a parallel TT setup. Probly should've mentioned that in my first post

no, i know what you meant. im just saying its pointless when youre probably better off with a correctly sized single turbo setup. you can run 11s/10s on a single turbo, but there is no way in hell youre going that fast unless you have lots of cash. you need a lot of other parts besides the turbo kit, namely a cam and heads.

The only car that I know of is Stattama's TTGPGT. That setup though is almost purely custom and it wouldn't make much sense IMO to do that. I have one turbo on stock motor (except cam) putting down 505, and there's still a ways to go.

Unless you have major coin to blow on a completely custom TT setup, it's not worth it. One turbo is enough and it's millions of times more practical and more economical just to get the kit.

    My .02.
